How far is it to AntelopeCanyon, HorseshoeBend, and Lake Powell?

Is there WiFi?

Yes, we provide 1GB Wi-Fi

Is there boat parking?

We have a vacant lot at 586 Robert Ln which has road base such that two boats can be parked off the street.

Is there heat/AC?

We have central heat and air conditioning

Is there any baby equipment?

We have pak n plays and booster seats, though no childproofing

Can I get groceries easily?

Wal-Mart Super Center is about. 5 minutes away and also allows you to place and pick up an order; Safeway is about 10 minutes away and will allow pick up and delivery.

Are linens and towels provided?

Beds will be made upon arrival with sheets & coverlets; extra pillows and blankets are in the closets; Bathing towels are provided and we include a few courtesy beach towels.

What is your pet policy?

Antelope Canyon House and Vermillion Cliffs House allow a maximum of 2 well-trained dogs per house with a fee of $50 per stay per house.  Horseshoe Bend House is reserved for guests will allergy issues, no pets there!

Is the kitchen well-stocked?

The kitchens are stocked with dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, pots & pans, bake ware, blender, toaster, etc.

Is there a BBQ?

Yes, each home has 1 BBQ with a propane tank provided and a back up tank available.

Is early check in or late check out available?

We rarely authorize late check out, it would be a decision the day of or day before check out.  We try to offer early check in whenever the houses are ready, this depends on the timely check out of prior guest and the condition in which they left the house. You are always welcome to let us know you are hoping for early check in and we'll let you know if it is possible.

What time is check in/out?

Check in is 5PM and check out is 10AM

Is there a dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer?

Yes

How do I access the house?

The houses have an e-lock; the door lock code and instructions will be emailed to you a few days before your check in day.
